Join us for Rosé wines paired with fresh caught seafood. The day before, Chef Evan Mallett will be going out with the captain and crew of the F/V Finlander to personally catch the fish that will be served at this unique event! Since the menu will rely heavily on what the rods and reels bring in, we are not releasing an exact menu prior to the event. Stay tuned for the wine list and some of the concepts that Chef Evan and the crew have in mind.
Joining us will be Captain Tim of the F/V Finlander and Amanda and Spencer, his crew. Prepare to hear some great fishing stories from Chef Evan as well.
