Join us at The Foundry for a Fishermen’s Feast

A local seafood dinner to benefit local fishermen

[MANCHESTER, NH]  The Foundry restaurant in Manchester, New Hampshire is hosting a Fishermen’s Feast dinner on January 18 at 5:00 p.m. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Northeast Coastal Communities Sector, a group of local groundfish fishermen who target pollock, haddock, and other bottom-dwelling fish. And every dollar raised through ticket sales will be matched in fresh fish donations to NH Food Bank – a great way to double your impact.

Chef Matt Provencher of The Foundry will be joined in the kitchen by chefs Jayson and Paul from the NH Food Bank to create five courses packed with local, seasonal seafood. Conversation throughout the evening will highlight the fishermen of the sector and the challenges they face both on the water, and off.

The event is co-hosted by New England Fishmongers, a local seafood distributor serving NH, ME, and VT, and Maine Center for Coastal Fisheries, a nonprofit located in Stonington, ME focused on securing a sustainable future for fishing communities.

Cocktail hour with light bites begins at 5:00 p.m. and dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. Cash bar available all evening. Come fill your bellies with local food, while providing fresh protein to those in need.
